Unidad Didáctica con AICLE: "MINIHANDBALL  IN  MY  SCHOOL"

 

 

 

   Esta UD con AICLE va dirigida a los alumnos de 6º CURSO DE EDUCACIÓN PRIMARIA en el ÁREA DE EDUCACIÓN FÍSICA. El nivel lingüístico que vamos a utilizar es el A1.3  en Inglés.

En esta unidad trabajaremos el bloque de contenidos 2: Deportes, Juegos y Salud a través del Balonmano (Handball).

Los Objetivos a conseguir son:

1. Investigar sobre el origen del Handball su historia y sus reglas.
2. Número de jugadores y nombre de las posiciones de los jugadores en el campo.
3.  Dimensiones y líneas del campo de Handball.
4.  Practicar  como se realizan los movimientos y la técnica de lanzamiento en Handball.
5.  Aplicar las medidas básicas de prevención y medidas de seguridad en la práctica.
6.   Usar correctamente los materiales y espacios sin olvidar la aceptación y el respeto hacia las normas, reglas, estrategias y personas que participan en el juego.

Contenidos didácticos:

Investigación, reconocimiento e identificación del deporte del Handball.

 

Aprecio del juego y el deporte como fenómenos sociales y culturales.

 

Práctica de juegos y actividades pre-deportivas.

 

Aceptación y respeto hacia las normas, reglas, estrategias y personas que participan en el juego.

 

Temporalización: 8 Sesiones. 2 sesiones por semana.

Tareas y Actividades a realizar:

• Lesson nº1:
   Activity 1: Brainstorming about the Handball rules and its history (in group).Activity 2: Explain the game rules, with the help of the Alberta Team Handball Federation Handbook (in group). Discuss the rules. Activity 3: Present the History of Handball, surfing the IHF web (in group). Discusses it.  Activity 4: Complete the "Word Puzzle" worksheet (individual activity).
• Lesson nº2:
  Activity 5: See the visual dictionaries (player positions and court) for leaning vocabulary and pronunciation (in pairs). Activity 6: Watch the videos about how to pass and how to dribble in Handball (in group). Discuss the videos. Activity 7: Different exercises and games to practice Handball passing and dribbling on the court (in pairs).
• Lesson nº3:
  Activity 9: Watch the videos about how to do a jump shot and feint movements (in group). Discuss the videos. Activity 10: Complete the "Handball Alphabet Activity" worksheet (individual activity). Photocopies are needed for this activity. Activity 11: Different exercises and games to practice the jump shots and feint movements on the court (individual / in pairs / in groups).
• Lesson nº4:
  Activity 12: Watch the videos about how to attack and counter attack and how to be a defender in Handball (in group). Discuss the videos. Activity 13: Watch the video again and listen for the words needed to complete the gaps. Photocopies are needed. Activity 14: Different exercises and games to practice the offensive and the defensive basic movements on the court (in groups / teams).
• Lesson nº5:
  Activity 15: Watch the videos about how to be a Goalkeeper and how to play Handball (in group). Discuss the videos. Activity 16: Complete the "Handball Challenge" worksheet (individual activity). Photocopies are needed for this activity. Activity 17: Different exercises and games to practice the Handball on the court (in groups / teams).
• Lesson nº6:
  Activity 18: Different exercises and games to practice the Handball on the court (in groups / teams).
• Lesson nº 7:
  Activity 20: Complete, at the end of the lesson, the "Player positions", an interactive activity.
• Lesson nº 8:
  Activity 21: Complete the Web quest and the self-assessment (individual activities).
  
  Recursos a utilizar:
  
   - Ordenadores, pizarra digital, conexión a Internet y cámara de fotos.
  
  - Fotografías de elementos básicos del balonmano.
  
  - Pelotas de balonmano, petos y silbato.
  
  - La instalación deportiva (pista de balonmano y porterías).
  
  - Secuencia didáctica.
