INTRODUCTION.
I have chosen this unit and subject because it is what I currently impart now.
The most important thing about the lesson is learning the classification of vertebrate and invertebrate animals according to their characteristics and encourage the development of techniques to memorize,organize and relate the information.
Initially differentiates between living and non-living beings and their characteristics. It focuses on animals as living beings, the two large groups and their subgroups for
finally reflect on the importance of animals.
OBJECTIVES
- Know the classification of vertebrate and invertebrate animals
- Classify vertebrate animals according to their characteristics
- Know the main characteristics of each group of vertebrates
- Identify the group to which the different animals belong according to their characteristics
- Encourage the development of techniques to memorize,organize and relate information,
-To self-assess the progress in learning
METHODOLOGY
Groups: individual activity, small groups activities and big groups activities.
Timing: open and flexible classrooms.
Between 6 to 8 lessons, and continuous evaluation during the unit.
