HOCKEY GAME. 3º ESO.
In the proposed unit, we will see an introduction to indoor hockey, where in the specialty of physical education and in secondary education, specifically for 3 ESO; we will initiate our students in this collective sport of implement.
The theme chosen is hockey hall, where the main objectives will be
- To know the hockey sport.
- To develop manual – eye coordination.
- To develop motor skills in multiple situations of collaboration-opposition.
- To encourage companionship and respect for opponents.
Likewise, the contents that we will discuss during the development of the teaching unit will be:
- Types of passes in hockey.
- Stick grip techniques and basic passes.
- Ball / pill driving techniques.
- Overcoming and effort.
Lessons:
1: In the first class, the student will receive initial information about the game, as well as the basic safety rules. In addition, the main technical aspects will be taught and corrected, such as the grip of the stick, basic punching and driving of the pill all over the field of play

2: In the second class, the students will perform a series of exercises, starting with an individual technique, such as stick management. Drill the pill and pass to other partner.
3: In the third class, the students will play games in pairs and in small groups, improving their technical skills as well as their knowledge of the basic group tactics. Later they will perform simulated games with small groups, putting into practice what they learned previously.
