U.D. - "LET´S GO TO THE NBA" –
BALONCESTO – 4ºESO
La siguiente UD que lleva por título "let´s go to the NBA" es una unidad didáctica de baloncesto, planteada para un grupo de 4º de la ESO que forme parte de la sección bilingüe.
En su planteamiento se ha considerado que previamente en 1º de la ESO los alumnos ya han realizado este contenido pero de manera más sencilla, y englobada con otros deportes de equipo.
OBJETIVOS
- To know and to develop specific warms up in basketball.
- To know the most important rules in basketball.
- To work and to improve technical and tactical skills in basketball.
- To appreciate the importance of the effort and the teamwork to get the aims in basketball.
- To make pupils think that basketball is a good possibility to full their free time in a healthy way.
CONTENIDOS
a) Specific warms up in basketball.
b) Basketball rules.
c) Types of passes in game situations.
d) Practice of different kind of shooting the ball to the basket.
e) Combination of dribbles, passes and throws in a circuit.
f) Individual defense and in zone,
g) Reduced game situations to apply tactics concepts, 1 x1, 2x2 and 3x3
h) Cuts and occupation of available spaces.
i) Blocks.
j) Importance of making effort and the teamwork.
TAREAS

- Short presentation about basic basketball rules by two pupils.
- Explanation by the teacher about different technical skills.

- Analyzing and evaluation the throw technical of a classmate and giving him/her feedback.

EVALUACIÓN
Criterios de evaluación
- To be able to design a specific basketball warm –up.
- To practice basketball mach applying properly the rules.
- To be able to complete a circuit showing a basic control of technical skill learned.
- To know and to apply tactical skills in a real match.
Intrumentos de evaluación
For the theory: written exam, each worksheet and presentation will be corrected, control list.
For the practice: control list, qualitative list.
For the attitude: control list and every day they will be able to get punctuation for their implication in the session.
