Title: British Games. Physical Education 6ºP. AICLE
- Introduction
In this unit, focused on 6th grade, we want to delve into the discovery of traditional British games using physical education and the English language. In this way, we work between the subjects of geography and physical education. The main idea is to know generic vocabulary about sports and movement, games, prepositions, names, cities...
The development of the different sessions will be through small research in small groups. The first two sessions will be raised by the teacher so that the students have a starting point. Subsequently, each group will participate in the different sessions so that they are the teachers and show the games they have discovered.
- Learning outcomes
· Play popular games from another country expanding both the knowledge of the country and the culture.
· Create awareness of the own characteristics of the country.
· Develop research techniques.
· Respect basic rules and regulations within the game.
· Teach new games and play with them.
- Task/s
To use PE to learn about Geography and History the Great Britain, Students should learn vocabulary, little histories about traditional sports.Students should look for games and rules to teach and play with the partners. The PE teacher will be conected with an English teacher to adapt the contents

Session 1. Presentation of the Unit and play Flagfootball.
Session 2. Presentation of the session and play to Stacking. In this session the teacher the evaluation rubric, he will form the groups and will hand a file in with the explanations.

Session 5. This session will be explained by group 3
Session 6. This session will be explained by group 4
Session 7. This session will be explained by group 5
Each session will have a presentation, practice and evaluation of the session

To look up in a web, books and to do a small presentation

Presentation originality, clarity in the exhibition, content, images.
Practice Explanation, rules, the fun of the game. What would you improve the game?
