This unit helps students to be aware and understand the importance of maintaining a healthy body by keeping good habits daily. Food and a balanced diet are included in this unit. Students will expand the vocabulary of food and drinks, to make the difference between healthy and unhealthy foods and participate in role play related to food.
Objectives:
Learn about a healthy diet.
Learn vocabulary and phrases concerning diet and food.
Classify food in the correct group.
Identify the main meals: breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Distinguish between healthy and unhealthy habits.
Classify foods according to their origin.
